Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Flat Out Fishing Expo

Corpus Christi Texas January 27. 2007

On January 27, 2007 Team Ocean Kayak’s Jeff Herman was again asked to speak at this years Flat Out Fishing Expo in Corpus Christi for the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.  Jeff gave a presentation on kayaking and kayak fishing.  With all the people who kayak and kayak fish in the state of Texas, this was an honor for Jeff to again be chosen as a keynote speaker.

                 Jeff’s seminar was guided by a very nice power point presentation that he put together for this event.  Jeff brought with him a wide variety of sponsor’s products and discussed the various product that we use during tournaments and the essentials of kayak rigging and kayak safety.  This is a great way to expose new consumers to the great products our sponsors offer.

This type of exposure helps solidify Team Ocean Kayak as the voice for the kayak fishing industry and helps strengthen our connections with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for future events.
